Payout speed is two clocks added together: the casino's approval and the payment method. We list both, with sources and the places they disagree.
Ontario-Casinos.ca editorial teamOntario licensedUpdated 26 October 2026ⓘ How we evaluate
We open an account from Ontario, deposit with a common Canadian method, request a withdrawal and contact support before a casino gets a score. Scores are ours; partners cannot buy them.

Some links earn us a commission if you open an account. It never changes a score or a position. We only list operators registered with the AGCO and live in the iGaming Ontario market.

Interac, iDebit and Instadebit payouts within a day

Withdrawals: Interac/Instadebit/iDebit within 24h; cards 1-5 days; wire up to 10 days
Every casino says it pays fast. Fewer say what "fast" means, and almost none tell you which part of the wait is theirs.
So here's the honest version. Fast payout casinos in Ontario exist, but no operator controls the whole timeline. A withdrawal sits first in the casino's approval queue, then travels through the payment network. Add those two together and you get the number that matters to you.
The operator cards above are sorted by what we found on withdrawal speed. Below, the claims behind that ranking.
Two clocks, one withdrawal
The first clock is pending time. You hit "withdraw", and the operator reviews the request: is the account verified, does the payment method match the one you deposited with, is there a bonus still under wagering, does anything look like fraud? Some sites clear this in hours. Others batch requests and work through them on business days.
The second clock starts when the casino releases the money. Interac and bank-linked wallets like iDebit or Instadebit can settle within hours. Cards take longer. A wire can take more than a week.
When a review says "24-hour withdrawals", it rarely specifies which clock, or whether that's the best case for a verified repeat player.

What each Ontario brand claims, and who's saying it
We collected published payout times for the regulated operators we track. Most come from review sites rather than the operators, so we name the source next to each figure. Where two sources disagree, both are in the table.

A few stand out. bet365 is the clearest case: within 24 hours for Interac, Instadebit and iDebit, per a gambling.com review updated in July 2026, with cards at 1 to 5 days and wires up to 10. BET99 is reported at about 24 hours through Interac by rotowire. PlayOJO has no withdrawal minimum according to its own site, which matters more than it sounds if you like to cash out small wins.
And then there are the brands where sources clash.
Where the published numbers don't agree
Caesars Palace Online Casino is the best example. Rotowire puts Interac payouts under 24 hours; casinos.com says 3 to 5 business days. Both could be true at different moments, or one could be outdated. We can't tell you which, so we show both.
PlayOJO is similar: up to 12 hours per gambling.com, while casino.org lists ranges up to 7 days depending on method. FanDuel shows 1 to 5 days via Interac at rotowire and up to 10 days in other reviews. 888casino estimates for Interac run anywhere from 1 to 6 days.
Our take: treat any single figure as a best case. Your first withdrawal will almost certainly be slower.
How we ordered the cards above
bet365 sits first because it has the most specific and recent claim: three bank-linked methods within 24 hours, from a review updated in 2026. BET99 follows on a similar Interac figure. Caesars ranks high on rotowire's number, but we've flagged the conflict, so don't treat its spot as settled.
LeoVegas (1 to 3 days) and PowerPlay (1 to 3 days, with approvals often within hours) earn their places with modest but consistent ranges. PlayOJO gets credit for having no minimum. BetMGM and DraftKings land in the middle because their fast options are e-wallets while Interac is slower. Jackpot City and Betway close the list with 24 to 48 hours and 1 to 2 days for Interac respectively.
We didn't open accounts and time withdrawals ourselves. This is a comparison of published claims, with the sources shown, and we update it when those sources change.

Deposit methods; you'll cash out another way
Most Ontario players end up on Interac for both directions. Our Interac casinos guide covers bank limits and the difference between e-Transfer and Interac Online.
What slows a payout down
Your first withdrawal. Identity checks, sometimes proof of address or a bank screenshot. Upload documents on day one and this mostly disappears.
Method mismatch. Deposit with Paysafecard and you'll need a second, verified method to withdraw. Same if you deposited by card and the bank won't take a refund.
Name mismatch between your bank account and casino account.
Weekends and holidays. Plenty of payment teams only release on business days.
Bonus funds. If an active offer still has wagering left, withdrawing usually forfeits it or isn't allowed until it's cleared. Read the terms on the operator's site before you opt in.
Large amounts, which can trigger extra review.
Most of these are under your control. That's the good news.
Minimums and the small print
Withdrawal minimums vary a lot. Spin Casino has a reported C$50 minimum withdrawal, and Ruby Fortune too. One review mentions the same C$50 at Jackpot City, which we couldn't confirm. PlayOJO, as mentioned, sets no minimum. If you play small stakes, this matters as much as speed: a C$35 balance at a site with a C$50 floor isn't going anywhere.
For recreational players, gambling winnings are generally not taxable in Canada, so a fast payout lands in full. Professional gamblers are a different case, and that's a conversation for an accountant.
When a withdrawal stalls
Give it the stated time plus a business day. Then:
Check your account for messages. A missing document is the most common cause.
Contact the operator through live chat or email and ask for a reason and a reference number.
If that goes nowhere, file a formal complaint with the operator. Ontario-registered sites must have a complaints process.
Still unresolved? Escalate to iGaming Ontario, which manages the online market, and the AGCO, which regulates operators and can act on breaches of its standards.
That escalation route is the whole reason to play at a registered site. Offshore casinos offer nothing like it. And if the reason a payout feels urgent is that you need the money, step back for a moment: our responsible gambling page lists free help, including ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600.
Players ask
What is the fastest withdrawal method at Ontario casinos?
In the figures we collected, Interac, iDebit and Instadebit at bet365 (within 24 hours) and PayPal or Skrill at DraftKings (0 to 2 days) are the quickest. Bank wires are the slowest.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Many operators let you reverse a withdrawal while it is still pending. That keeps the money in play, which is the point from the casino's side. If you want the cash, leave it alone; some players turn the reversal option off with a responsible-gambling setting where it exists.
Do I need to verify my account before withdrawing?
Yes. Ontario operators must confirm your identity, and most will not release a first withdrawal until your ID, and sometimes proof of address or bank ownership, is approved. Do it right after registration.
