About Ontario-Casinos.ca

An independent English and French guide to Ontario's regulated online casinos and the province's land-based venues.

Ontario-Casinos.ca is an independent guide to gambling in Ontario, written for people who play from inside the province. We cover two things: the online casinos registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operating in the iGaming Ontario market, and the brick-and-mortar casinos spread between Windsor and Ottawa. Every page exists in English and Canadian French, since many readers in Ottawa, Sudbury or Hearst prefer French.

We are not a casino. We don't take deposits, run games or hold player accounts.

A short, honest history of this domain

If you landed on this address in 2024, you saw something else. The domain displayed a page copied from another affiliate website, published under a different site name: "Ontario-Casino.online". The text, the star ratings and the author byline all came from that other site. Some of its claims were already stale back then, like a frozen count of operators from April 2022 and the idea that offshore sites licensed in Malta or the UK were a fine pick for Ontario players. Those sites are not part of the regulated Ontario market, and we won't pretend they are.

In October 2026 the site was relaunched as Ontario-Casinos.ca with original content. Nothing from the 2024 page survived. Not the copy, not the scores, not the name.

A few old addresses used to send visitors to offshore brands. They now carry notices explaining why those brands are gone, for example our page on Rolling Slots.

Why only AGCO-registered operators make the list

Since 4 April 2022 Ontario has run an open, regulated online market. Private companies may offer casino games to people in the province, but only after registering with the AGCO and signing an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. That registration is what protects you. It comes with rules on game fairness, identity checks, how player funds are held, advertising and responsible gambling tools, plus a complaint route when an operator treats you badly.

An offshore site gives an Ontario resident none of that. So the rule here is blunt: if a brand isn't registered for Ontario, it gets no card, no ranking and no link. A shorter list beats a misleading one.

The same logic covers bonuses. Ontario's advertising standards limit how operators promote inducements outside their own platforms, so you won't see offer amounts on our pages. If a casino is running a promotion, it shows it to you on its own site once you're logged in.

What you'll find here

How the site pays its bills

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you open an account with an operator through one of them, that operator may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing and doesn't change the terms you get.

Commissions never set the order of a list. A casino that pays us well but sits on withdrawals for a week will be described as slow. A casino we have no deal with can still appear if it's registered and good. Rankings come from our own testing: registration status, withdrawal times, game range, French-language support and how the site behaves on a phone in Ontario.

Think a review reads like an advertisement? Tell us and we'll look at it again.

Getting in touch

Corrections, complaints about an operator, questions about a page: write to [email protected]. We read every message. We can't settle a dispute with a casino on your behalf, though we can point you to the operator's complaint process and to iGaming Ontario if that goes nowhere. And if gambling has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling page lists free help available across Ontario.
